Catherine Ann Breen has a "problem." At intervals of about two seconds, Cathy will throw her arms up into the air at lightening fast speeds, then immediately retract them. Though one may shake his or her head in pity at first, this "happening" does have certain advantages when performing such activities as catching fast-moving insects, praising the sun god, and slapping Saul. Though Cathy has accepted her "lot" in life, she has made one request to preserve some sense of normality: that the only song to be played at her wedding reception, on repeat, be "Shout," by the Isley Brothers.
